This is by far the most awful ISP I've ever had in my life. Frequent outages, rude and slow customer service, occasionally spotty internet and often slow speeds. Definitely try to get another ISP in your area if possible. If not possible, be prepared to spend way too much money, deal with customer service reps trying to sell you something you don't need for the worst internet in America.

I'm in an outage more than I am able to use my services. When asked about a credit, they determine whether or not you get the credit. If your service is out for 4 hours or more you're eligible for the credit, but I'd much rather be able to use my internet, wifi services and at least watch my TV. I WOULD NOT recommend Spectrum.

Absolutely the worst. I have been battling with CenturyLink for months and still have no internet. I called for installation in July it is now the middle of October. They have set 5 different dates to come set it up and each time not only do they not show but then when I call they tell me they couldn't do it and have changed the speed each and every time.
